The Alias (Julian Gingell & Barry Stone) are an award winning production, songwriting and remix team.

In their previous incarnation as Jewels & Stone, their TV credits include the 'American Idol' theme music for FOX which is currently used across all Idol franchises worldwide. They have also, as The Alias, written the music for BBC3's 'Sweat The Small Stuff' and Channel 4's 'Virtually Famous' amongst many others.

Their remix work includes Jessie Ware, Will Young, Little Mix, Britney Spears, Cheryl Cole, The Saturdays plus number one singles for Tulisa, Nicole Scherzinger & Pixie Lott. Most recent work has been the highly anticipated Girls Aloud ‘The Whole Damn Show Megamix’ that was released in celebration of band’s huge UK arena tour in 2024.
